Researchers have investigated the thermodynamic properties of SU(3) gluon matter at finite temperatures, focusing on specific heat and isentropic bulk modulus. Using a lattice-data-driven phenomenological framework, the team modeled the equation of state with a temperature-dependent effective gluon mass. This approach allowed for the thermodynamically consistent derivation of pressure, trace anomaly, gluon number density, and other response functions, reproducing the characteristic lattice behavior across the deconfinement region.
